About Our Project
The “Black Lights Universal” Program has been designed to highlight the universality of Africa and the Black World as being the Cradle and the Source of human civilization, in harmony with anthropological truth and undeniable scientific certainties.
This program aims to be an international and universal platform for valuing and reaffirming the primacy of Africa and the civilization of the black world in the evolution and progress of mankind through the ages.
Therefore BLU’s missions are aligned with UNESCO’s ideals in promoting the diversity of cultures and human civilizations in the world.
The BLU program is an initiative of the BLU Foundation and will be implemented through a major international festival called “The Black Lights Universal Festival”.
This great festival is predicted to be held annually in South Africa in the double purpose of first celebrating this great African country universally renowned as the “Rainbow Nation”, that is the result of various peoples coming from different origins of the world and united in a single and indivisible nation on the soil of Africa. And on the other hand to honor the land that gave birth to the greatest universal icon of all time, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela.
